What’s the format?
The format is the same as last year, the best of 3 tie break sets with two advantage for all events except the Handicapped Mixed Doubles – See Adult Noticeboard in the pavilion for details. Players provide their own balls with the club supplying new balls for the finals.
What do I need to do to book my matches?
Check the Championship Draw on the Adult Noticeboard in the pavilion to see who your are drawn to play.
Use the player contact list (on the back of the court booking calendar – clipboard hanging on the noticeboard) to confirm your court booking with your opponent/s. Book your court by filling in your name, play time and court no. on the court booking calendar sheet.
All players are responsible for organizing their matches and should ensure they respond to match requests quickly and ensure completion of matches for each draw stage.
How do we register our scores?
Fill in the score details on the Championship Draw sheet.
Finals Day what can I expect?
Finals day will be played on Sunday 19th of July from 12:30pm – 5:00pm with prizes being awarded at the end of the day at 5.00pm. More will be announced as the day draws near so watch for further emails.
