Membership Renewal for 2016/2017 – due by 1st April

Dear OTC Members,
As many of you will be aware it is time to renew your OTC membership. All renewals are effective from 1st April 2016 until 31st March 2017.

It was agreed at the last AGM that Membership Fees would be increased and below is a list of the new fee structure. We have tried to keep the increase as low as possible considering we have a court resurfacing due in the next few years.

New Annual Fees are:
£64.00 Individual Membership (Adult)
£107.00 Joint Membership (Two Adults)
£137.00 Family Membership (Two Adults & Children under 18 or in FTE**)
£26.00 Student Membership (Over 16 and in FTE)
£22.00 Junior Membership (Under 16*)

£5.00 Non Playing Adult Membership*
£5.50 Pavilion Key (same key as last year)
*Juniors must be sponsored by a non-playing adult if no other adult application is made
**FTE – Full Time Education
***Pro-rata membership fees apply for new members joining after Oct 1st in a membership year

There are a number of ways to renew your membership:
1)Pay using Bank Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal via the OTC Website How to Join section – http://www.odihamtennisclub.org.uk/
2)Fill-in the attached renewal form adding your cheque made payable to ‘Odiham Tennis Club’. Post the form and your cheque to the OTC Membership Secretary using the address listed at the bottom of your form.

New shoe tags and a receipt will be issued once your remittance is received.
